  • Naruto, shrouded in the Nine-Tails’ chakra, charges at Haku with feral speed.

  • Haku’s mirrors crack under Naruto’s attacks.

  • Naruto roars, “You won’t get away!!”

  • Haku is barely able to dodge, his movements finally slowed.

  • Naruto lands a heavy punch, sending Haku crashing into the ice.

  • The mirrors shatter one by one, falling into pieces.

  • Haku breathes hard, staring at Naruto in disbelief.

  • He mutters, “Such raw power… I can’t win like this.”

  • Naruto leaps again, fist raised, ready to finish it.

  • At the last moment, Haku’s mask cracks, pieces falling to the ground.

  • Naruto freezes mid-strike, staring at his face.

  • Naruto gasps, “You’re… that person from before, in the forest…”

  • Haku lowers his gaze, calm despite his wounds.

  • He says softly, “Yes… it was me. I was the hunter-nin that saved Zabuza.”

  • Naruto stammers, “But… why? Why are you doing this?!”

  • Flashback begins — Haku’s childhood.

  • A young Haku is shown with his mother, happy in the snow.

  • Narration reveals his clan had a bloodline limit — Ice Release.

  • One day, his father discovers the truth, terrified of Haku’s power.

  • In a tragic turn, Haku’s father kills his wife and tries to kill Haku.

  • Out of instinct, young Haku defends himself with his powers, killing his father.

  • Haku stands alone in the snow, traumatized.

  • The flashback shifts — Haku meets Zabuza for the first time.

  • Zabuza looks down at him, smirking, “You have eyes like mine. Come with me.”

  • Haku narrates, “From that day on… I had a purpose. To live only for him.”

  • Back in the present, Naruto listens silently, fists trembling.

  • Haku’s voice is calm but sad, “My existence is only to serve Zabuza. That is my dream, my reason to live. If I cannot fight for him, then I am nothing.”

  • Naruto clenches his teeth, shouting angrily, “That’s insane! You should fight for yourself, not just throw your life away for someone else!”

  • Haku shakes his head, “A tool has no such luxury. Please, Naruto… end my life.”

  • Naruto steps back in shock, trembling.

  • He whispers, “I… I can’t do it…”

  • Haku’s eyes soften as he senses something outside.

  • Cut to Kakashi and Zabuza fighting in the mist.

  • Kakashi’s Sharingan gleams as he prepares his Chidori, lightning sparking in his hand.

  • Kakashi shouts, “This ends now, Zabuza!!”

  • Haku looks at Naruto one last time, smiling sadly.

  • He disappears in an instant.

  • Naruto shouts, “Wait!!”

  • The episode ends with Kakashi charging at Zabuza, Chidori aimed for the kill — and Haku suddenly appearing in the way.
