Episode 16: The Broken Seal

  • Naruto and Sasuke are breathing heavily inside Haku’s Ice Mirrors.

  • Naruto pants, “Damn it… he’s too fast…”

  • Sasuke watches the senbon fly around them, muttering, “His movements… they’re faster than my eyes can follow.”

  • Haku’s voice echoes from the mirrors, “No matter how hard you struggle, you cannot escape.”

  • He launches senbon, striking Naruto across the arm and Sasuke in the shoulder.

  • Naruto cries out, “Arghhh!”

  • Naruto charges with Shadow Clones, yelling, “I’ll break through this time!”

  • The clones dash forward, but Haku’s reflections strike each down instantly.

  • Sasuke shouts angrily, “Idiot! You’re wasting chakra!”

  • Naruto growls, “Shut up! I’ll smash him somehow!”

  • Sasuke suddenly blocks a spray of senbon heading for Naruto.

  • He grunts in pain as needles pierce his body.

  • Naruto stares wide-eyed, “Why’d you…?!”

  • Sasuke winces, whispering, “My body… just moved on its own.”

  • Naruto kneels beside him, panic in his eyes.

  • He shakes Sasuke’s shoulder, “Hey! Don’t you die on me!”

  • Sasuke weakly smirks, “You… you’re the one I wanted to kill… not here…”

  • His eyes slowly close.

  • Naruto’s face twists in shock, then fury.

  • He grips the ground, nails digging in, as red chakra begins to leak out.

  • The air around him shimmers with heat.

  • Naruto growls, “You bastard… I’ll kill you…”

  • Haku’s eyes widen inside the mirrors, “What is this chakra…? It’s monstrous…”

  • Naruto’s wounds heal rapidly, his eyes turning red with vertical pupils.

  • His whisker marks darken, fangs forming as the Nine-Tails’ chakra cloaks him.

  • Naruto roars, shaking the mirrors.

  • Haku thinks nervously, “This power… it’s on a completely different level!”

  • Naruto dashes forward with explosive speed, breaking through a mirror with one punch.

  • Shards of ice scatter as Haku gasps.

  • Naruto growls, “I’ll tear you apart!!”

  • Haku steadies himself inside the remaining mirrors, whispering, “So this is… the true power inside him…”

  • The episode ends with Naruto charging wildly, consumed by the Nine-Tails’ rage.
