  • Iruka posts the squad list on the board, announcing “Teams have been decided.”

  • Naruto pumps his fist, saying “Please let me be with Sakura!”

  • Sakura blushes, thinking “Please let me be with Sasuke!”

  • Naruto cheers loudly, “Yes! I’m with Sakura!”

  • Sakura frowns, yelling “Ugh, I’m stuck with Naruto?!”

  • Naruto freezes, groaning “What?! Why?!”

  • Sasuke glances over coolly, muttering “This is a drag.”

  • Naruto clenches his fists, “I’ll prove I’m better than Sasuke!”

  • Later, Naruto transforms into Sasuke, saying “Now Sakura will finally like me!”

  • Fake Sasuke (Naruto) sits with Sakura, who blushes, “Sasuke… you’re so cool.”

  • Naruto leans in for a kiss, whispering “Finally, my chance…”

  • His stomach growls, and he runs to the bathroom.

  • The real Sasuke arrives silently.

  • Sakura complains to him, “Naruto is so annoying… he’ll never be like you.”

  • Naruto overhears this from outside, muttering “Sakura… you don’t understand me at all.”

  • Naruto storms back in, glaring at Sasuke.

  • The two shove each other angrily.

  • Suddenly, Naruto slips, and their lips accidentally touch.

  • The class gasps loudly, shouting “Naruto and Sasuke kissed?!”

  • Naruto screams, “What the hell?! Gross!”

  • Sasuke glares coldly, “Stay away from me.”

  • Naruto stomps his foot, “I’ll defeat you someday, Sasuke!”

  • Sakura clings to Sasuke’s arm, ignoring Naruto completely.

  • Naruto fumes, muttering “Why does she only see him?!”

  • Iruka interrupts, saying “Quiet down! Team 7 will now meet your squad leader.”

  • The door slides open slowly.

  • Kakashi enters, reading his book, saying calmly “Hmm… you’re the ones I’m stuck with?”

  • Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura stare at him, their journey as Team 7 about to begin.
